So more unemployment, and then the wages spiral will continue, unless an outer force (GSP for example) will stop the cycle. note that higher unemployment rate is also related to higher chance of being lay off for cheap labors, since its much easier to replace a current worker given that a pool of available work force is large and that will replace him/her. |
