Found another one.
Sinangag Express along Aguirre in BF Homes, Paranaque is a hotspot.
They're not advertising it but there's an unlocked access point here called 'Acer'

The Function Room here in upper punta fuego has an access point.
EDIT - The clubhouses have wi-fi too!
