Essentially a marathon with a twist. You run for your life! So to speak. Anyone interested in joining for their own health?
Quote:Since 2008, fun runs and marathons have increased greatly in popularity. Despite this growing figure, running has yet to meet its full potential.
Outbreak Manila adds a whole new twist to the typical 5km run. Our goal is to come up with a race that stands out from all the rest by giving people a cause that they would really run for. And what better cause can there be than to run as if your life depended on it?
This time you aren't just running against time or obstacles. But you'll also be running from FLESH EATING ZOMBIES.
Brace yourselves. The Outbreak is upon us.

Costumes are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. But make sure you can still run in them.
You can borrow my gas mask if you guys want to go commando/hunk mode.
Your vision will be greatly impaired though, and the constant fogging.

Come to think of it, can the disabled join the marathon? It would be interesting to see people on their wheelchairs and crutches. Let alone old people.

I don't think the zombies would discriminate. After all, a brain's a brain.

No wonder the cops and soldiers are always the first to get eaten in zombie flicks

I still prefer dual-wielding chainsaws.
