Like you said, it's a pretty bad AC all in all. There really isn't much that can be done here without a complete overhaul.

I guess you can also try swapping G91 for LOTUS and VULTURE for GULL for quite a bit more speed. With all the changes above, the AC gets a top speed of 407 up from 360-something.
