Watching some old and new stuff well mostly old stuff 
Shin Getter Robo versus Neo Getter Robo (one of the few super robot series i liked)
Metal Armor Dragonar
Gundam Unicorn
may i suggest you guys check out a sentai series called
Garo
why i like
1. the blend of 3d and live action is very very well done
2. the enemies here are unique not your typical "i am monster...i will terrorize the city"
here the enemies or horrors blend in with the crowd
let me put it this way the first horror/enemy disguised itself as someone's boyfriend
3. i like the humor
4. the armor designs are actually very well made
only gripe is the Garo series is short
