Laying down in this seemingly endless dark abyss
Thinking of you, as I close my eyes
No longer corrupted by depression
I smile, knowing that you're there by my side
As I start my eternal slumber, you smile with me
For as long as my eyes are closed
Nothing shall shatter our bond...
Awakening from my eternal slumber
My eyes burning, my mouth drying, my hands shaking
My smile shatters, knowing that you were never there by my side
For there was no bond to begin with
Laying back down in this seemingly endless dark abyss
Missing your warmth, I grow cold
And I weep, for I no longer can see your smile
Wishing I could live in my lie
Crying out "I want to die!"
No longer in my lie, I grow corrupt once more...
Laying down in this pool of blood
My heart gushing out blood, as it screams nonstop
For I was left behind, like a figment of imagination
As my heart screams begin to die out
Memories of you begin to fade, as if they were smoke
