Do I need to do anything to the embed code to get it to display in RR?

Go to the full message posting interface (not the quick reply on the bottom of the thread). At the top right, there's a button for embedding videos. Click youtube and insert the url of the video as you'd see on your browser's address bar (not the html embed version).
