Cracks are beginning to appear under the R2 buttons on my DS Lite's body, and the buttons are becoming unresponsive.
Can anybody suggest a credible repair shop in the Mega Mall or GH area, and how much the fix will cost?

There's one in GH in Shopesville Plus that I trust, it's called
Diffato/Difatto (couldn't remember the spelling). My sister's DS had the same damage and paid around 1000 (slightly less or more, couldn't remember) but her DS Lite's buttons aren't damaged nor malfunctioning.
Hopefully, your DS Lite only has problems with its casing, or it'll most likely cost you more since your DS may have problems internally. But in all cases so far he fixes almost just about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I throw onto him.
Also,
Trace goes to the same repair shop, until he went to a different shop and something bad happened to his PS2.
