Never really believed in Blader Heavies. But yes, EOS and underweighted FA may just be the ticket for that. But I just don't think that PIXIE3 suits this AC at all. And if you're serious about the OB blading, try using arms with higher Blade Aptitude. I don't really know what else to suggest without changing the AC too much.

For starters, definitely have the CODON optional part instead of EC. The FA needs the extra turning ability. Just tune LOTUS to (0,7,3). No need for MARISHI too since V2+LOTUS is awfully cold and the frame provides a lot of cooling as it is. SS might not be needed either. KISSYOH will be beneficial since it'll be your only defense against missiles aside from simply dodging.
