The Pale Horse can't answer most of the dishes listed. Number seven could actually be champorado, but The Pale Horse isn't sure whether if it is pinoy or not. Number six could be bangus.

The Pale Horse cannot answer the remaining dishes, that is all.

Haha, how rightfully worded. I eat this stuff without even thinking about it. I mean I always knew what sisig was made of, but somehow it didn't sink in to me that it really was pig brains and stuff. Tongue

I heard tapang usa tastes good. And so does snake. Yum.

which reminds me... I owe Rick's parents a half kilo of tapang usa.

for a vegan treat... try "karakding" a bicolano disk comparable to "bicol express"

it's mushrooms and "siling labuyo" in gata.

BTW anyone knows where to get "soup number 5" in manila?
