Actually...
In real life, there are guns intended for use for left handed people only...
Nasa right side yung lock and clip lock...

It applies in AC too...

This should be in AC discussion...

There are lots of missing things in AC...

Mounted Arm Weapon like Blades and GLaunchers doesn't allow equipping of other weapons on hands which are free...

Handgun and Machinegun ammo clips, if they managed to make some for the big guns, why can't they make some for these...

The armor doesn't weaken when under too much heat...
I think armor should weaken after some time or after some hits from strong weapons...
This is what made flamethrowers weak...

Some have been corrected in AC4 like using 2 backweapons at the same time, the FCS style, the removal of the leg units' weight capacity, the slightly more realistic assembly style, I think weapons can be remodified now to...

I was thinking of some before, but I think I forgot about them...

The theory behind it is the recoil from firing the cannon will throw the AC off balance, which is why bipeds much kneel down. Its to provide added support and the recoil wont hurt. This is why Quads and Tanks can fire them.

some back weapons dont even have recoil, specially the smaller ones. and recoil is not as bad as getting stunned. theyre probably doing it for realism or to give the quads and tanks an advantage over the bipeds.

Well yeah some of the back cannons (such as Energy back cannons) shouldn't even have any recoil... yeah they did that most likely to create an obvious distinction between the leg types.

They also did it for the sake of balance. That's the main point behind it IMO, but it's also conveniently supported by that theoretical concept that Crimson said.

Personally, I'm on jonevangelist's boat here (or at least I think so, by the way he's speaking Tongue). There should be some back weapons that you can use on bipeds without them having to kneel, aside from missiles and rockets... maybe some of the weaker back cannons? Picking trashy backmounts for use on bipeds in a Plus-style manner would help diversity and the percentage of parts that are actually used.

But I know, that's a dream reserved for an AC game and a GameShark, or for AC4 only. The balancing issues would be a nightmare. This is From we're talking about. Plus, the quad and tank lovers would just hiss and boo like there's no tomorrow, not to mention the countless veterans of the game just packing up and leaving. Tongue

coz the shells of the shotgun are small and the ACs are big and heavy? Smile

anyway,i just noticed that the shield don't have special sound effects..you know,like a "ting" or "kck"..as if it was just a decoration coz you dont even know if it really blocked the attack.and when a blade hits an en shield,the stun effect just dont fit.....

I thought you would see the 'damage' indicator along with a 'guard' indicator to show that you blocked the attack, i wouldnt know for sure because i havent used shields in a good lil while.

your opponent would know but not you..and i just noticed that the picture of the fake Ethermaster at the VR arena,it's very different to what the design said..in combat,it has an extension and a grenade launcher,but in the picture,it doesn't have an extension part,it is equipped with GERYON2 laser cannon and has a different arm,what the heck is wrong with that Chair
