You have to enroll your Metrobank account to their eBanking services before you can transfer money into it from a different bank account.
-Drink lots of cold water after a drinking session. This is to dilute the alcohol in your stomach and help recover electrolytes lost.
-If you feel like throwing up do so. This will lessen the alcohol your body has to deal with. It also signals your body to start recovery.
-Pee a lot and make sure to replace the liquids lost.
-Be kind to your liver by eating while you drink so you have something to throw up later. If you cant eat, drink water. Just avoid throwing up air/bile.
-Get a hand towel and some hot water and wet your face and arms. This will help you sweat/cooldown thus helping your body flush the alcohol out/to recover faster.
-Drink hot tea. They are good at flushing toxins out. Jasmine is pretty effective.
-You will not be able to sleep deeply while your brain is dehydrated, unless you're so drunk you pass out.
-Avoid mixing drinks. NEVER drink brandy after whiskey, or sake with beer unless you want to be wasted really quick. Even cocktails can pack a wallop due to having different spirits being mixed.
-The sweeter the drink the harder the kick. This is because ethanol is derived from sugar.
-Avoid sweet foods or chocolate while drunk. The sugar will react with the ethanol already in your system and make you even more drunk.
-If you want to be hospitalized drink a chocolate frappe/latter from Starbucks after a gin session (happened to me a few years ago XD)
-If you need a quick relief from a hangover drink a bottle of beer when you wake up. It will momentarily put you back in the drunk-I-don't-feel-pain state. Just be prepared with a worse hangover after.
