The same with the "fan test" that you can run to blow out dusts in the machine, which can solve some freezing issues caused by dirty lenses. Why an easily accessible diagnostics function could damage the system is beyond me.
Learned that some classes in college are like the game of Blackjack: certain "skills" are required to get around the status quo (i.e. professor failing a set percentage of the students in order to get perfect bell curves in their grade histograms), while persistence will get you killed. The only difference is that they are not optional.
And that the inability to put in hangar parts in this AC:LR builder (Generation Last Raven, also available from ACU) can be solved by setting the computer running it to display Japanese.
