(talking from a Grand Chase POV)
As with anything that has winrates in count, every 100% winrate-er has one fear - to lose for the first time. On top of that, people with that winrate in-game often pick their opponents. No wonder Floyd's being a wuss, by saying stuff like "He's nobody, why would I fight him?"
Also, Floyd's fighting style justifies his winrate - Hit and run. I think he's been developing his evasion the most because the one thing that can catch him off guard is a massive punch out of nowhere, which coincidentally is Pacquiao's mastery.
Even if he does lose if they meet in the ring, knowing Floyd's personality, he'll just shun it off because "Pacquiao just got lucky." or "He's on steroids!" or "He's cheating!" or whatever.
