Recently I've assembled a new PC with the ff set up

Asus B85M-GAMER Motherboard
i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
8GB Ram
GeForce GTX 750Ti

It's able to run most of my games on ultra smoothly on the first week. But on the second week, shit happened. Now when I left the store, the technician said I should install the GPU tweaks CD that was bundled with the Motherboard after a week, which I did yesterday. The result was unbearable stuttering on frames on my games, notably Warframe and Hawken. On Warframe, one slide attack can propel you accross the map! Huge error on the physics

No new software were installed on the PC except for the Tweaks. I played these games exactly the way I played them the first week. Funny enough, the CD actually uninstalled my Nvidia drivers. I had to install them again.

So I tried fixing this problem by uninstalling the tweaks; didn't work. Uninstalled the Nvidia drivers then reinstalling them;didn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling my games; didn't work. Tried System restore to 3 days before the changes; still didn't work.

Anyone knows what's causing this problem and how to fix it? I'm running out of options, I might consider a full format just to get rid of this issue.
Hmmm maybe the OS was not installed properly or has corrupted files? Did they install the board/gpu/vga drivers after the OS?

Based from your wording, you installed the drivers for the gpu tweaks after installing the games etc software, so that could have been the problem. I just did a fresh format and usually the SOP is to install everything related to the hardware prior to anything else.

I'd prolly suggest a format as this could be a deep rooted issue.
