Yeah I was wondering when I get access to those sleek transforming arm parts?

My ranks are non-existent, but I needs dem.

just keep doing missions you'll unlock them either from enemies that use them or from your rank.

you need to perform bonus conditions for additional points.
or obtain a mission ranking of S for a load of points

missions don't give points when repeated or get a rank lower than your highest rank on that mission
