From the looks of it, they arent supporting all their weight on their feet.

they all have some kind of tube connected to their backs, that I assume connects them to their user. you can see at 1:16 of this video that the users have a similar tube connected to their backs as well. I also assume that it serves to help keep them balanced and stable as well.

its really crazy to think that the movie "Real Steel" seriously just became a true story, lol

It seems they're also being pushed from behind via those tbues but it's pretty hard to tell right now. And the the guy is already taking the blame for skynet
