Glow effects? Nope, that's just the camera with the settings gone wrong. My brother fooled around with some of the adjustments and i still haven't gotten them right.

The idea of one photographer per week is good, but let me warn you, when it's your turn on the picture requests will just come flooding in haha.

I dunno about taking photos per batches only at the end of the week though, that may lead to some serious job orders building up. Personally, I find that the rule of 'do it when you can' to be sufficient. But it's your call when you're the one to do the task, I guess.
