Didn't you plan on something like this a couple of months back? I forwarded the idea to Grim but it never really got off the ground.

Simple. Requests go here. The one who takes the pictures uploads them to some image host (like our account on Photobucket), then posts them here. If they have the initiative to do so, they should upload the same pics to AK as well. That way, we'll have the pics ready for easy perusal in the gallery, but they'll still load fast and won't drain our bandwidth (because the ones loaded in this thread are hosted somewhere else). I've already made it so that the ones at the start of everyone's album are the newest pics.
